We are seeking an energetic warehouse team leader that will be a key player in taking the business to its next levels.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Licenced and skilled operator of material handling equipment.Experienced knowledge and use of warehouse management systems (WMS).Clear and timely communicator with all internal and external stakeholders in Esko’s logistic and distribution processes to ensure a smooth / accurate transfer of goods and documents.A motivating communicator and focussed team player.Picking or packing with a high attention to detail and accuracy.Managing and maintaining H&S procedures and MPI regulations.Competent operator of inventory and dispatch computer programs.Effective planner who strives to achieve great results daily.Be an on-going contributor to continual improvement, implementing efficiencies and the principles of lean management processes.Be available to remain on duty until dispatch is completed for the day.Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment.
