Acting as the vital link between Service Advisors and Technicians, you'll ensure jobs are prioritised, deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service. Coordinate priorities and updates between Service Advisors and Technicians.
Maximise workshop productivity and throughput without compromising quality.
Deliver customer-focused outcomes through efficient service management.
Skills & Experience
Current clean full NZ Driver's Licence.
Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
Previous team leader, foreman, or senior technician experience is advantageous.
Must currently reside in New Zealand with a valid work visa, if applicable.
Strong communicator with integrity and professionalism.
