Role Overview: Our innovative Foundation Skills Programme is a maximum 20-week programme that will see you teaching and sharing skills with rangatahi so they can achieve a tertiary qualification at Level 1 and then onto Level 2.
Small classes, engaging teaching, and a sense of fun, will see rangatahi grow and experience success both inside the learning environment and outside.
You will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, offering tailored guidance in a supportive and engaging environment.
About You: The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating, upskilling and training, committed to making a positive impact, and skilled in adapting their teaching style to suit the unique needs of each student.
You should be someone who has high energy and enthusiasm and wants to deliver engaging training through the use of hands‐on activities, outside visits, community involvement and teamwork.
Experience with the National Qualifications Framework, unit standards.
It is preferable that you have a tertiary qualification at Level 3 or above or have more than 5 years' experience in an industry role.
